Return Policy

At Reform Recover, we’re committed to delivering a seamless experience from purchase to delivery—and beyond. This Return & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from https://reformrecover.com. As an authorized retailer for multiple premium wellness brands, we honor each brand’s specific return and cancellation requirements, which are reflected below.

If you purchased a product from another retailer, please refer to their return policy directly.


Cancellations by Brand


Medical Saunas

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If canceled within this window, a 3.89% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipping. In such cases, the customer is responsible for outbound and return shipping costs—even if the product qualified for free shipping.


Dundalk LeisureCraft

Cancellations and changes must be requested within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at support@reformrecover.com.

  • After 14 days, a $65 cancellation or change fee will apply.

  • Cancellations are not accepted within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.

  • Any order changes made after the 14-day window are also subject to a $65 change fee.

Please note: If delivery is refused, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping costs.


Therabody

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email support@reformrecover.com.

Once an order begins processing (typically within 24 hours), changes or cancellations may not be possible. After shipment, your order will fall under the Therabody 30-day return policy outlined below.


Peak Pilates®

To cancel your order, email support@reformrecover.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production or processing.

Because Peak Pilates® equipment is made to order, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 10% if canceled after payment is authorized

  • 25% if canceled within 10 days of production

  • 50% if canceled during the production week

  • All credit card orders incur an additional 3% processing fee

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


Elina Pilates

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not entered processing. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@reformrecover.com  

Once processing begins (which may occur within 24 hours), cancellations are no longer guaranteed.


Return Policy by Brand

Unless otherwise noted below, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply depending on brand terms. All returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Final sale, custom, or used items may not be eligible.


Medical Saunas 

You may return your unopened product within 30 days of delivery. However, the 30-day return policy does not apply to commercial saunas.

Requirements:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Must be placed back on the original shipping crate for return

Fees & Conditions:

  • 25% restocking fee applies

  • Customer is responsible for return freight shipping

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms resalable condition


Dundalk LeisureCraft 

All sales are considered final. Due to international freight logistics, Dundalk LeisureCraft products are non-returnable.


Therabody 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be in “like new” condition

  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and components

Not Eligible:

  • Final sale or refurbished items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items with visible damage or missing parts


Peak Pilates® 

Large equipment items such as Reformers, MVe® Chairs, and the Peak PilateSystem® are non-returnable. All purchases are final. 

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please refer to the product’s warranty policy and contact us at support@reformrecover.com for resolution. 


Elina Pilates 

All Elina Pilates purchases are final. Returns or cancellations are not accepted once your order is placed.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please follow the return steps below (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@reformrecover.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to coordinate a repair, replacement, or return in accordance with the brand’s policy — at no cost to you.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the detailed steps below. Please note that return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions vary by brand. Refer to the brand-specific return policies listed above before proceeding.


1. Contact Us

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@reformrecover.com or use our Contact Page. In your message, include:

  • Your full name and email address used for the order

  • Your order number and purchase date

  • The specific item(s) you wish to return

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return

  • Any relevant photos, especially in cases of damage or defect

Once we receive your request, we will review your return eligibility.


2. Wait for Approval

If your return meets the eligibility requirements, we will email you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • A return authorization document (if applicable)

  • Detailed packing and shipping instructions based on item size and product

  • A return shipping label for you to download and print


3. Prepare Your Return

Please return all items in their original packaging, including internal protective materials. Be sure to include all components, such as included accessories, instruction manuals,  and any promotional items that came with your order.

If you're returning a freight-shipped item, the product must be securely reattached to its original crate or pallet. Use appropriate straps or padding to prevent damage during transit. Affix any return documentation provided to the outside of the crate, and place the RMA document inside the package.

If your original packaging or pallet is missing or damaged, contact us before shipping, as this may affect your return eligibility or require additional fees.


4. Ship the Product

Shipping Method:

For standard-sized items, you may use a trackable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

For oversized, heavy, or freight-shipped items, we will coordinate return shipping through a freight carrier, which may include:

  • A Bill of Lading (BOL) document provided by us 

  • A scheduled pickup via an LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight carrier

  • The use of a liftgate service for residential locations

  • Proper re-securing of the item to its original crate or pallet

We will provide specific instructions if a freight carrier is used. Failure to follow them could result in return refusal or additional fees.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes:

  • Standard return shipping fees via a parcel courier

  • Freight shipping costs for large items (these are typically not prepaid)

  • Any expenses related to repackaging, re-crating, or coordinating pickup

  • The cost of replacing lost or damaged original packaging, if needed

Even when a prepaid return shipping label is initially provided, the cost of that label may be deducted from your final refund, unless the return is the result of a verified issue (see below).

Our Responsibility: Reform Recover will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product, confirmed with photos sent within the required time window

  • A fulfillment error on our end, such as receiving the wrong product, size, etc.


6. Return Shipping Timeline

To ensure your return is processed successfully:

  • Ship your item within 14 days of receiving return authorization and instructions

  • Prepaid return labels or freight documents (e.g., BOLs) typically expire within 14 days — expired documents will result in return rejection or rescheduling delays

  • Keep a copy of your return tracking number or BOL receipt

  • If using your own carrier, email us the tracking number once shipped


7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Please note: Applicable restocking fees, original shipping deductions, and credit card processing fees may be deducted from your refund total


Affirm Refunds

We've partnered with Affirm to provide qualified customers with flexible monthly payment options. If you return a product purchased with Affirm, any payments already made will be refunded directly through Affirm once your return is processed. No further payments will be required.
