Brand-Specific Warranty Information

Medical Saunas / Medical Breakthrough – Limited Warranty

Your Medical Saunas sauna or cold plunge is backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under residential use, starting from the date of delivery. Any issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not included under this warranty. It is a parts-only warranty, meaning service, labor, or installation costs are not covered.

Every Medical Breakthrough massage chair comes with a 3-Year Warranty. If any issues arise, certified technicians will come to your home and repair the chair for free.

Dundalk LeisureCraft – Limited Warranty

Dundalk LeisureCraft products are protected by the following warranties for residential use:

3-Year Warranty on all Canadian Timber Collection Saunas
5-Year Warranty on all Canadian Timber Collection Cold Plunges
5-Year Warranty on sauna accessories (e.g. bucket and ladle, shelves, backrests)
1-Year Warranty on Cold Plunge Chillers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential conditions. This is a parts-only warranty. Labor or service is not included.

Therabody – Limited Warranty

Therabody products are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage:

Devices: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Attachments & Accessories: 90-Day Limited Warranty
(Includes charging cables, removable components, adapters, carrying cases, and charging stands.)

Peak Pilates® – Limited Warranty

Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. (Peak Pilates®) warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover labor charges associated with replacing covered components. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. This warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase. Peak Pilates® retains the right to repair, replace, or refund the price of any defective components under this policy.

The MVe® product line, fit™ Reformer, and casa™ Reformer carries a 2-year limited warranty on the frame structural components.

All other components, with the exception of the upholstery, ropes, foot strap, and double loops, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If a failure due to workmanship and/or materials occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective components.

The Peak PilateSystem® Deluxe product carries a 5-year limited warranty on the frame structural components, rails, and tower extrusions, effective as of the invoice date of the original purchase.

All other components, with the exception of the upholstery, ropes, and straps, are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, effective as of the invoice date of the original purchase. If a failure due to workmanship and/or materials occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective components.

All Peak Pilates® upholstery, ropes, and straps are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials for 60 days, effective as of the invoice date of the original purchase.

Elina Pilates – Limited Warranty

Reformers (Commercial & Home Use):

Limited lifetime warranty on the frame, aluminum rails, carriage, and welding.
2-year warranty on mechanical components.

Combo Chair / Ladder Barrel / Wall Unit / Tower Systems:

Limited lifetime warranty on the frame and welding.
2-year warranty on mechanical components.
1-year warranty on straps and spring clips (where applicable).

Springs: Springs are considered wear-and-tear items and must be replaced every 2 years to maintain product safety and warranty eligibility.

Fabric and Upholstery: Upholstery and padding are covered for 90 days against defects in materials or workmanship.

Limitations and Exclusions

The limited warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, imperfections that are within design specifications or that do not materially alter functionality, or damage due to weather, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, lack of normal maintenance, injuries, abnormal service or handling that differs from that specified for the product line of equipment, improper installation, or improper operation. In addition, alteration or modification of the products.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim for any product purchased through Reform Recover:

- The product name and brand
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem (if applicable)
Claim Review: We’ll evaluate your claim and may forward it to the appropriate manufacturer for review. Processing time and decisions may vary by brand.
Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will coordinate the shipment of replacement parts or provide next steps based on the brand's warranty terms.
