This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased directly from our website, https://reformrecover.com. Shipping Destinations

Delivery Locations: We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. International shipping is unavailable.
Future Expansion: We are actively working to expand our delivery regions in the future. Please check back for updates.

Order Processing

After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and a payment pre-authorization. We typically verify stock within 1–2 business days before charging your card and processing the shipment. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll notify you promptly with alternative options.

Shipping Timeframes & Tracking

The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. We work closely with our brands to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please refer to the product pages or brand-specific shipping details below for estimated lead times.

In Stock and Ready to Ship: Most products are delivered within 3–14 business days after your order is confirmed.
Made-to-Order: Estimated delivery is typically between 2–8 weeks depending on the product. This timeframe includes both the production lead time and standard freight shipping, which usually takes 5–10 business days.
For freight shipments of large products (e.g., reformers, saunas, cold plunge tubs, etc.), delivery coordination with the freight carrier is required for delivery.
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. We’ll keep you updated with accurate timelines, order status, and delivery details every step of the way.

Please Note: Shipping timeframes vary by brand, product, and your location. While we strive for prompt fulfillment, all shipping timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors such as custom builds, supply chain disruptions, production delays, seasonal demand, or carrier issues. New product launches and holidays may also impact processing times.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Most of our products ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery. Once your order arrives at the local terminal, the delivery company will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
Curbside delivery includes liftgate service and unloading to the nearest accessible curb, but does not include setup, inside delivery, or packaging removal (unless free white glove service is included or installation is available as a paid option on the product page).
You are responsible for moving the product from the curb to your home/building for curbside delivery. We recommend having two people available to assist.
If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage and/or return fees may apply.

Brand-Specific Shipping Details

Peak Pilates®

Equipment typically arrives within 7–10 business days after leaving the warehouse.
Ships via freight with curbside delivery.
Carrier will call you to arrange delivery once your order reaches the local terminal.
Signature by an adult (18+) is required.
Curbside delivery does not include assembly, setup, or inside delivery.
Missed delivery appointments may incur additional charges.

Dundalk LeisureCraft

Lead time: 4–8 weeks, depending on customizations, season, and demand.
Large Dundalk products ship via freight and require customer coordination for delivery. Refer to the product pages for Residential Shipping Information.

Crates 92” or shorter: These can be delivered with a liftgate. The crate will be lowered to the ground by the truck driver and the customer.
Crates over 92”: Liftgates are not available for these longer crates. In these cases, customers must choose one of the following options:
1. Arrange a forklift, skid steer, or similar equipment to unload the crate at delivery.
2. Pick up the crate at the freight terminal using a trailer.
3. Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate from the terminal.

We also offer the option to arrange a tilt tow truck on your behalf for a $750 service fee. This is an optional service, not included in our free shipping policy. Free curbside freight shipping is still included. To request this or learn more, please contact us at support@reformrecover.com before placing your order.
Accessories (backrests, shelves, etc.) and other smaller add-ons typically ship separately via parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These items do not require freight coordination and will arrive as standard packages. If accessories are ordered along with a sauna, they may be included within the crate or shipped separately depending on the warehouse and fulfillment process.
Business deliveries must have a loading dock or appropriate unloading equipment available.

Medical Saunas / Medical Breakthrough

All saunas, cold plunges, and massage chairs are handcrafted/made to order. While some exceptions apply, please anticipate a lead time of 2–3 weeks for delivery.
Items are crated and shipped via freight.

Therabody

Products ship within 1–2 business days via standard ground (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
The Zero-Gravity Lounger massage chair comes with free white glove delivery service including on-site set up. You will receive a call to coordinate a delivery date and time for when you are available.

Elina Pilates

In stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time is typically between 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Large items ship via ground freight carrier, securely packed in a cardboard box and strapped to a wooden skid.
The delivery fee includes one scheduled delivery attempt. If no one is available at the scheduled time, additional delivery charges may apply.

Address Changes & Delivery Refusals

Address Changes After Shipment: Incur a $250 rerouting fee.
Missed and Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs if applicable.

Upon Delivery

Inspect Your Items: Check for visible damage (e.g., dents, scratches) before accepting delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Verify Contents: Ensure all items are included and undamaged

Please note: Multiple items ordered may ship separately.
Concealed Damage: Report within 48 hours to support@reformrecover.com with details and photos. Claims may be denied if not reported promptly.
Clean Receipt: If you sign without noting damage, it confirms the order was delivered in perfect condition.
