Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities

Builds and packs your sauna/cold plunge securely in a crate.

Arranges shipping to your home.
Trucking Company Responsibilities

Contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivers the crate curbside or to the end of your driveway.
Important notes:

The trucking company will not unload the crate.
-
They will not back the truck into your driveway.
-
Deliveries are usually made with a large 18-wheel truck.
-
Make sure this size vehicle can access your neighborhood/road.
-
Crates 92” or shorter: These can be delivered with a liftgate. The crate will be lowered to the ground by the truck driver and the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Promptly return phone calls from the trucking company to schedule delivery.

Crates over 92”: Liftgates are not available for these longer crates. In these cases, customers must choose one of the following options:

Arrange a forklift, skid steer, or similar equipment to unload the crate at delivery.

Pick up the crate at the freight terminal using a trailer.
-
Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate from the terminal.

We also offer the option to arrange a tilt tow truck on your behalf for a $750 service fee. This is an optional service, not included in our free shipping policy. If the crate arrives damaged:

You can accept the delivery, but be sure to:

Take clear photos of any visible damage.

Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) as: “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage”

Immediately contact us within 48 hours to initiate a damage claim with the shipping carrier.

Refusing Delivery

Missed deliveries or refusing delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping charges.
Warranty
The Canadian Timber Cold Plunge Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft is covered by a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under typical residential use, beginning on the date the original end-user receives the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from natural weather conditions. Any issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not included under this warranty. It is a parts-only warranty, meaning service, labor, or installation costs are not covered. Reform Recover and the manufacturer are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from incorrect use or handling of the cold plunge.
