Refund Policy:

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Therabody products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the date you received it for a full refund.

• If a product is defective or damaged, Therabody will either repair or replace it, or offer a credit for the purchase price. If the product is damaged upon delivery, you must notify Therabody within 5 business days.

• Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied. 

• To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked 'final sale' are not eligible for returns.

• If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Policy:

• Therabody products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

• If you experience issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance with repairs or replacement.
