The Medical Sauna series are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under typical residential use, beginning on the date the original end-user receives the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from natural weather conditions. Any issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not included under this warranty. It is a parts-only warranty, meaning service, labor, or installation costs are not covered. Reform Recover and the manufacturer are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from incorrect use or handling of the sauna.
