The Medical Sauna series are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under typical residential use, beginning on the date the original end-user receives the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from natural weather conditions. Any issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not included under this warranty. It is a parts-only warranty, meaning service, labor, or installation costs are not covered.
